Founders and small teams often reach a point where the business is growing, but the way work gets done hasn’t kept up. Decisions get repeated. Steps get missed. Everything depends on one person knowing how things work.
The Admin Workshop exists to fix that. I audit what you have, map the processes that actually matter, build the documentation your team can follow, and automate the manual steps that should not require a person.

I offer a combined operations and automation service. The two are designed to work together.
Operations Systemization
Covers the structural layer: auditing your current setup, mapping your core processes end to end, and building the SOPs, trackers, and documentation your team needs to operate without constant intervention.
Workflow Automation
Covers execution: building automated workflows that connect your tools, eliminate repetitive manual steps, and reduce the daily friction that costs you hours each week.
You leave with documented systems, working automations, and a setup that does not depend on you (or me) to hold it together.
Who this is for
Founders and solo operators with 1 to 15 people, where the operational layer has not kept pace with the business.
You are scaling, but the way things get done is still informal, manual, or dependent on one person’s knowledge. You don’t have a full-time ops hire yet, and you don’t plan to add one. You want the structure built properly so you can hand it off and move on.
Early-stage founders are welcome too. If you don’t have defined processes yet, the engagement looks different, typically generating a 3-to-6-month ops roadmap that gives you a clear sequence to build on. Still, the starting point is the same: understanding where you are and what the business actually needs.
Who this is not for
If you are looking for someone to manage ongoing operations long-term, this is not the right fit. The Admin Workshop engagements are mostly project-based. I come in, build what you need, and leave you with something your team can maintain.
That does not mean the relationship ends there. If something breaks or the business grows into a new problem, I will be available.
